Mini is made by BMW, and many Minis share parts and systems with BMWs. We repair the Cooper, Clubman, Countryman, convertibles, John Cooper Works and electric models at our Moorabbin and Carnegie shops, following Mini’s published repair procedures.
If you weren’t at fault, or your policy lets you choose your repairer, you can ask for your Mini to come to us.

What matters in a Mini repair
- Small car, tight tolerances. Bumpers, lights and bonnets sit close together, so even a low-speed hit can damage brackets and sensors behind the panel.
- Driver assistance. The camera behind the windscreen and parking sensors are checked and calibrated after the repair where Mini requires it.
- Contrast roofs and stripes. We match two-tone paint, roofs and stripes so the repair can’t be picked.
- Electric models. High-voltage systems are made safe before any work starts.
- Genuine parts. We quote genuine Mini parts where the repair procedures call for them and list every part on your written quote.
Not at fault, or choice of repairer?
If another driver caused the accident and you’re claiming from their insurer, you can generally choose your repairer. On your own policy, it depends on what the policy says.
A hire car and third-party recovery are arranged through our third-party partner, subject to their eligibility and terms.
How it works
- Call 1300 145 677 or upload photos of the damage. Tell us whether you were at fault and who your insurer is, or the other driver’s insurer.
- We inspect the car and give you a written quote that lists every part and any sensor calibration.
- We deal with the insurer for you and keep you updated while your car is with us.
- We repair the car, check every system, road test it where needed and give it a final quality check.
- You collect your car, along with our Lifetime Guarantee on paint and workmanship for as long as you own your car.
